Narrative
A thrilling story of a teenage climber named Peter Garrett who has to undertake a risky and remarkable rescue mission up K2, the second-highest peak in the world. Peter faces the formidable force of nature's unpredictable elements and his own limitations as he races against time to save his sister Annie and her summit crew. The group is imprisoned at 26,000 feet in an icy grave, which is a death zone above the body's maximum vertical endurance. In order to save her, Peter must climb the terrifyingly powerful peak in the world with the assistance of a group of fellow climbers, among them the eccentric and reclusive mountain man Montgomery Wick. Every second counts.
